My Professional Journey- Over 25 Years of Clinical Expertise

As a Physical Therapist, my career has spanned the entire spectrum of healthcare, ranging from acute hospital settings and outpatient orthopedics to home health care, skilled nursing, and independent, assisted, and memory care communities.

Through all of these diverse clinical experiences, my absolute passion has always been rooted in home health care. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people stay exactly where they want to be: safe and thriving in their own homes.

To complement this diverse clinical background, I hold an Executive Certification in Home Modification (ECHM) and possess advanced, specialized training in geriatrics, vestibular rehabilitation, lymphedema management, and cardiopulmonary health. This deep foundation allows me to bring a comprehensive, expert perspective to creating safe and supportive environments.

Why this is so Important to Me

Unfortunately, I have seen the "other side" of healthcare, both professionally with my clients and personally with my own loved ones. Those experiences ignited a deep mission within me. I want to do everything possible to help others live a healthy life in a healthy home, preventing the crises that disrupt independence and impact physical, mental, and financial well-being.

On a personal note

Though originally a "Jersey Girl," I’ve called Florida home for over 30 years. I am a proud wife, a mother to two adult daughters, and an animal lover with 2 sweet kitties at home.

I have a lifelong passion for health, nutrition, and staying active. For me, life is all about experiences, and above all, I value making memories with the family and friends who mean the world to me. This exact joy of living inspires my work; I want to help others stay safe, strong, and active so they can fully enjoy their own lives with the people they love most.
