My role is assessment and strategy, not construction. While I don’t perform the renovations myself, I provide you with a comprehensive written report detailing every recommendation. This serves as a precise roadmap that you can hand directly to a contractor or handyman to ensure the work is done right.

What is your Payment Policy?

Safe In Your Place operates as a cash-based, non-medical consulting service and does not provide medical treatment or bill insurance or Medicare. Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. You will receive a detailed receipt for your personal records upon payment. This is an investment in your safety and health.

The Investment in Your Health and Safety:

The cost for a Home Wellness Assessment is structured based on the scale of your living environment and the number of residents being observed. The determined price is a one-time fee and includes a thorough walk through of each room with you, a report with photos of recommendations and suggested products as well as a follow-up call to review the report and answer any questions you may have.

Pricing is determined based on the number of residents being assessed and the amount of rooms both indoors and outdoors they need to access. This ranges between $175-$300, and is a flat fee, determined prior to service after we have our phone consultation. There are no surprises! A typical assessment takes approximately 90 minutes depending on the scope of the assessment. My goal is to provide as much time and care needed with my skillful recommendations to give you the confidence to safely enjoy and access your home for years to come!

This assessment is extremely comprehensive and includes a "top-to-bottom" review of how you access your entry, living areas, kitchen, primary suite, guest bath, laundry room, garage, and outdoor spaces.

Wellness Bridge Beyond the physical environment, your investment includes a list of wellness considerations with healthy suggestions to discuss with your MD at your next visit.

Safe In Your Place Digital Report Every client receives a premium digital roadmap delivered within 72 hours. This professional report includes prioritized recommendations with photos and product links, providing a clear plan of action for you, your family, and provide you with a list of vetted contractors to obtain estimates to keep you Safe in YOUR Place!

Follow-up Strategy Phone Consultation Following the delivery of your report, we schedule a session by phone to review the findings together and answer all of your questions. This dedicated consultation ensures complete clarity on every suggestion and provides an opportunity to discuss the best path for your specific home modifications. My end goal is for you is to have the tools to be safe and happy in the place that you love most, your home!
